Update log - stolen phone

Hey y'all! Son here with a bit of downer news.

Yesterday my phone was stolen. I had just walked out of a store at 4:40 PM on a relatively busy commercial avenue close to my house, when some guy walked by me, quickly grabbed my phone off my hand and dashed.

I live in a relatively small town with low crime rates so I'm not used to having my guard up when out and about here... thankfully I'm okay and the phone was the only thing taken, but it is pretty frustrating.

Since yesterday I've been doing what's in my power to control losses - I filed a complaint and reported the incident, called my phone operator to block my line and IMEI number, contacted my bank to revogue access from the mobile app, and proceeded to disconnect the stolen phone's sessions from all platforms.

I'm still in the process of doing the latter - I couldn't find a way to disconnect my logged on Patreon mobile app and had to send a ticket to support, which I'm still awaiting an answer for. But since I couldn't locate my phone via the android service and didn't see any unknown activities in my accounts since yesterday, I have hopes the thief will only reset, dismantle and sell it without messing with my stuff.

It was a pretty upsetting incident and I'm still wary of suddenly finding out someone else broke into my bank account or similar, which would be a real nightmare... I also depended on my phone for many upcoming appointments and obligations - including getting my 4th dose of COVID vaccination, and voting for presidential/general elections - not to mention it being indispensable for communicating and accessing my digital bank, so I'll be getting one ASAP.

Life is a bit hectic right now as you might tell - I had new art almost ready and planned on posting it today, but I was completely thrown off by the theft yesterday and couldn't work on art since. I did prepare the inboxes and newest poll to be posted tomorrow on the 1st, which you can look forward to! But I'll have to ask for a little patience as I put my life back in order. :'D

I scheduled the inbox and poll posts for Patreon and the usual self promotion tweet on Twitter tomorrow, but will take the weekend to stay offline and pick myself back up. Should come back with new art next week!
