If the patrons who didn't respond and remained in $5 tier and $10 tier went through the pledge process in early August, I assume that they didn't check the guide message. So I plan to refund their pledge and withhold the reward delivery to them. Then, I'd like to give them an additional guide.

To the patrons who didn't respond and remained in $5 tier and $10 tier, from today to July 31st, I will send them messages at short intervals. 😅😅😅
