Hyatt's unique magical boy ability is charmspeaking - he can bend people's will through suggestion. It can range from inducing people to do simple tasks to manipulating their wishes, emotions, or memories.
It's a dangerous power if under control of someone with malintent - but thankfully, it was bestowed upon Hyatt, a pure boy who's always eager to help those in need and desperate for significant bonds! :)
So, corrupted Hyatt is just Hyatt with his flaws, fears and traumas pushed to extremes. He'd charmspeak his way into shaping a world where he's loved and accepted by his family and peers, no conflicts or resistance tolerated.
The bloody bits are to imply his target put up a fight - notice the torn ear, earring ripped out - and the dry blood coming from his mouth could be a sign he's overusing his magical voice. It's not like he's paying mind, though. He's so close to shaping the perfect world now.
