Zephyatt / Oblivious Dream sketch dump 1

Here's a collection of self indulgent doodles I did of Oblivious Dream - what my TTRPG squad is calling our Magical Burst campaign - the same one that produced Hyatt and Zephyr!

1, 2 & 3. A (so far) three page comic I doodled representing events in game that impacted my sorry shipping ass. Context: Hyatt had a magical fury outburst that led him to violently (for Hyatt standards) shove a girl who was trash talking his friend Mie. Before things could get uglier, Zephyr - a long lost childhood friend he just recently reconnected with - showed up out of nowhere and bounced him out of the scene in true shoujo love interest fashion.
Note that Hyatt calls him "Zezé" - an affectionate short form nickname that I couldn't really adapt into something that had similar impact in english, so I'm just keeping it like that.

4. A very self indulgent strip of a scenario where after kindly rejecting Hyatt's advancements - cause Zephyr insists on seeing him as an immaculate little bird, too pure for him - he starts to catch feelings. That's the ship's foundation.

5. Angsty doodle representing only the first of Hyatt's many major fallouts in game - namely the day he realized he was seen as nothing more than a replaceable object by his only parental figure, when he was groomed his whole life to believe he was some kind of chosen one. The picture he's holding is a funeral portrait of himself in early years - the good little maiden his guardian wanted to preserve and whom Hyatt was accused of losing sight of.
In case it's not clear - Hyatt's a trans boy and his early transition was the pivotal point in the conflict.

6. A wholesome comfort doodle I did of the three player characters (at the time, as a fourth one joined later) chilling and being best friends. These kids go through SO MUCH BULLSHIT so I need to draw them happy to heal myself. Mie (on the left) belongs to @rollingnae and Louise (middle) belongs to @glubnyan on twitter!

7. Another doodle of the same trio in a scenario where Louise and Mie banter - the two most likely to quarrel in the squad - and how Hyatt the pacifist would put a stop to that cause he doesn't like to see his best friends fighting.

8. Kyabeam, our resident little shit tsukaima - or magical familiar. The one responsible for turning innocent teens into magical girls without running through the terms and conditions beforehand. You might recognize him from Zeph's apron design - I put him there as an easter egg suggested by my friends. Credit to our GM Yukito for making him as loveable as he's hateable.
