This piece is in reference to this post where the pro hero twins did a fanservicey photoshoot for Easter and their birthday. I just really needed to draw Katsuo in that outfit again being a happy slut. Also, it's canon information that he was already 180 cm (5'10) when he was a teen! This man got some LONG legs!
