From here you can access some of the previous month's rewards. For you dear Archivist, you have freedom to access this place all year long. But every 6 months, other patron (except Traveler which can only access the image files so it'll be a different folder) will get a limited time to access it as well.
The vault content will be updated every 3-4 month. It'll mean that the content will always be late by that much, but as an Archivist you still can use the monthly additional reward request to catch up (you can still send me a message to get one additional set of rewards that you want from any of the previous month, for example set of rewards for August 2021).
(Hopefully this will make it easier but still fair for Archivist and other patron, but let me know if you have any suggestions.)
