This device is the latest innovation by The Grand Archive. Using the latest model of the arcane energy converter and previously made prototype, Spiral Spark, as its foundation, the researchers manage to create a sword and shield contraption that is capable of producing and controlling weather phenomena around them that can be used by ordinary people. The shield can produce a massive amount of cloud filled with arcane energy particles. While the sword can produce and send a specific arcane signal to the cloud to accurately trigger a weather phenomenon ranging from heavy rain, hailstorm, and even lightning storms.

Sometimes I question myself, why do I have to make this complex design while having multiple deadlines.

Anyway, this is kinda a development from the prototype, Spiral Spark from last year Swordtember. While last year can only create a lightning blade, this one can create a the whole weather phenomenon. and that face is kinda depicting the image of Storm Lord.

It took so much more time to finish this one, hopefully you like it~ >____<
