lol not to add more to the conversations about the sky lol.....but as it's a fantasy scene there's literally no reason why technically it couldn't be an underwater tree....at least that's what I'd say to anyone that point out, like 'Maybe it is underwater??!!' :D As an artist myself, I'd definitely it just comes under our 'creative license' :D lol...

Which UV resin do you use and how thick did you make the bottom (initial) layer?

I really liked this project! I was thinking, since resin dries clear, could it be possible to do a "two-sided" resin paint? Like, if you see one side you have a painting and if you flip it you have another one. Maybe a cool concept can be sharing the same background but giving different perspectives depending on the side. Thanks for doing this amazing content! I'd been watching ALL your videos since A LONG time ago and recently I was able to start supporting you here <3

My wife does painting with oils on canvas and she is constantly applying layers that cover up work beneath. It's how a lot of painters paint. Even the greats (or so I have been told). To me this adds depth and with a 3D resin painting you can move it around and actually see a little more of the underlying layers than you could with a regular painting so it is even more important. Just my opinion.

Skillshare is a good idea to get to know how Photoshop works! There's a lot of good beginner tutorials on YouTube too. But yeah, I think all artists develops their own setup in terms of brushes and navigation windows and such after a while based on how they like to work. It all takes some time to get used to, but once you know the tool, it's really fun and powerful! ๐Ÿ˜Š

You are your own worst critic girl! The image you chose to paint is an awesome image for a 3d resin paint. Fish would have been sooooo boring! Everybody paints fish. This was a refreshing video and as always you two are fearless in your attempt at projects! Keep it up! It's what keeps me watching for sure! (oh and Martina's braces! lol.)

Thank you for answering my question. I got Photoshop for Christmas from my family and I have had a hard time understanding it but thanks to SkillShare I am doing better but I thought asking a pro would be helpful.
