Looking forward to West Coast light...

As many of you know, I'm heading to LA for the winter. My freelance design work with the company I was with here in New York is basically nonexistent now. This summer and fall I battled depression, disassociation, and a general lack of motivation to make sexy content. I'm starting to feel a little better after taking two months off of doing professional shoots. I'm reconnecting with myself as a human - not an object - and starting to enjoy just doing little shoots with myself again.

The best part about going to LA is the light. The place that I will be staying is more spacious, a spanish style abode with lots of windows and a garden. I tend to be motivated (or stifled) by my surroundings. While subletting this small dark apartment in New York has save me some money while times have been tough, I cannot wait to take some beautiful bright photos in the bright California light for you all!

I am also starting to think about making some prints...I think it would be nice to offer something tangible for once. I'll keep you posted on that!
