I thought I'd offer some clarification on the different options this time around, since it's the last physical transformation. Both the Bottom Heavy and the Fit & Firm will also influence her thighs as well, whereas Foreign Material would be "simply" a silicone ass implant. Stay the Same is self explanatory and for reference here is the current state of our dear Veronica. She's come quite a way!
