I've just released another beta version of MindWare to supporters, and I want to share what's new in this public post.

The biggest change is that I've replaced the two main minigames with mobile-friendly alternatives.

Instead of requiring you to type specific words as quickly as possible, the bruteforce minigame now requires you to enter specific patterns.

The original work minigame, which required you to press random keys as quickly as possible to generate lines of fake code, remains in the game but is now used only for the two AI coding assistants. Without them, work now requires you to do some quick maths.

Early in the game, when you have no option but to work without AI, the evaluation statements are all very simple. Eventually, you will be offered a promotion at BrainFry (not implemented yet), which will give you the opportunity to earn more money by evaluating more difficult statements (alternatively, you can use one of the two AI coding assistants to avoid this minigame).

Now that the minigames are updated, I'm continuing with the implementation of the new sexuality variable and the changes to the gender mechanic, as outlined in my previous post.

I hope to complete these changes in a week or two. After releasing another public version, I will shift my focus to adding new story content, which is exactly what I plan to do throughout 2025.
