Pregnancy Reactions Overhaul

Hey Guys! Now that my Sleepover Traditions Mod is out I can finally shift my focus back to the overhaul of my Pregnancy Reactions Mod! I'm tempted to try something a little bit differently while brainstorming new interactions and features.
So I'm curious would you rather I do small updates over time (few interactions and features) OR do you just want all of the stuff done at once (might take me a bit longer)
