I watch the segment with Ed and David Padilla and the drawing on the back challenge probably once a month, “did you hear that?” “I wasn’t aware it wouldn’t be a person”

2025-12-16 19:25:09 +0000 UTCS12 was a fun series with a likeable cast but COVID restrictions really did hamper what it could have been (applies to S10 and S11 too). You really feel the difference the second S13 opens up in the studio. The banter, the dynamics, the vibes are just so much better when the cast (plus Alex and Greg) can physically interact with each other and be in the same room as a live audience. That said, I watch the WOW monster segment at least once a month because it still makes me laugh. S13 is in my top 5 TM cast so I'm really looking forward to this one. Each and every one of them bring something fun to the table and they have great chemistry throughout. I'll wait until further along into the series to talk about each contestant properly but I love how JRabbit picked up on Ardal. He and Judi Love might be my favorites in this series.

2025-12-12 07:28:12 +0000 UTCI have a real hard time deciding who I like between Judy with her not taking any of this humor and Chris's puppy energy. Chris said, I think, that he got a lot of ideas for things to do from being a dad when the show was airing with young kids. His wife actually is a contestant herself but in one of the later series. It just kind of makes me smile that he has such puppy energy and emphasizes the importance of spending time with family. When I first watched this, Ardal O'Hanlon was the only one I knew as in the early 2000s he was in this kind of wholesome but not that great parody of Superman. He's better known for other work and is one of those people in the UK who it's very likely you've heard the name of. If you lived there.
