Doubles with Nature
Added 2024-07-12 15:30:02 +0000 UTCA few doubles from my last few roll. As you've probably noticed, I love incorporating nature into my double exposures. I feel such a strong connection to nature, and am constantly in awe of its beauty, feminine energy, and everything that it teaches me about growth.
I shot all of these with nature from around my own neighborhood. I had really wanted to try the tree double again. Though I whish I was a little more defined, I'm really happy with how well I lined everything up. It's an eerie and beautiful reminder of how similar we are to nature. The B&W shot was a pleasant surprise. It was shot with my Pentax K1000 which isn't the best with doubles. It was also the last shot and I just wanted to use it. I thought the plant would add some really cool textures. if nothing else, but I love the way it turned out. The lavender shot is probably my favorite. There's just something so dreamy and romantic about it. I'd love to know which one you connect with the most :)
