Donna knew exactly what gift Mike should get for Rachel, the one he already got for her. Louis saying "you may have just changed my entire outlook on life" made me nervous for some reason, is that a good thing? Yeah, I knew I should be nervous, that's not what Jessica meant Louis, she didn't say be her friend and then she'll give the case back. I mean you could say their making drama out of nothing, but it's also not out of character for Louis, he's very insecure and likes to pick fights if he feels slighted. I like the look on Mike's face when that other lawyer said all that stuff about not caring about his family. Scottie's bringing a Louis Litt type energy with Harvey like antics to this fight with Louis. I get why she's going so hard though, 1. it is Louis she's going up against and 2. because she really has a lot prove to people, even if it's not fair, because everyone knows how great a lawyer she is, but despite that their going to say she's only here because she's sleeping with Harvey. Not to mention the kind of weird thing of Harvey paying for her to be here. I'm team Litt as well, but unfortunately Scottie probably does need to prove herself to be here, she can't go after Harvey and she can't go after Jessica, so it has to be Louis because he's one of the best. I don't know if I fully agree with Louis that if he loses he won't be the biggest and baddest ever again, because he's had big losses before and he's fine, because he's Louis Litt. I just really don't understand how this loss would mean he's no one. I also don't agree that Scottie doesn't need this, because of all the reasons I've mentioned in this comment. I do think the show showed a little bit about how people think about Scottie being here, with the fact that Louis referred to her as Harvey's girlfriend several times, as well as saying she would run to her boyfriend and the comment about her being here because she's sleeping with Harvey, if Louis thinks that, I'm sure other people do as well. Plus, I still think Scottie has some problems with the fact that Harvey paid her way in, I still have some problems with it, paying for the person your dating's way into the firm, doesn't seem like the best choice. It also felt a little controlling, because she had another job lined up and seemed happy with it, but he wanted her at his firm, so he did whatever it took, including doing things behind her back and paying a large amount of money for her to be there. I also think her antics to win were the same that everyone else does in this show to win, Harvey, Louis, Mike, Jessica all of them, in this episode Louis at one point even said that if he did was she did, he wouldn't lose any sleep over it. In this episode he messed with his own clients business to get back at Scottie which is not great. Also, I wish Louis didn't think of it the way he is, that she is going after him because she's trying to humiliate him because she doesn't think anything of him, but for the actual reason she's going after him, because she thinks he's the best and she's needs to prove a point, which is the opposite of not thinking anything of him. To be fair though I have a problem with both of them and how they went about things in this episode, I just like to think about were both people are coming from and why their doing what their doing, plus I know how much we love Louis here, so I wanted to put some of Scotties side down as well, but saying that, I really didn't like her using Harvey's computer to send the email to Louis, she ended up involving Harvey at least a little bit when she did that, plus she's known all these people for a long time, so she knows about Louis and what he does when he's backed into a corner and she picked a fight with him. As Jrabbit was saying this is "messy". Anyway, Great reaction, I look forward to the next one.
