I knew that spores were apart of the game, but they didn't have it in the show, because from what I heard, they didn't want to deal with the actors in masks. But they decided to introduce them now, I thought they did a good job with the opening scene, introducing the spores and with the reveal that Leon was her son. The smart infected were creepy and I was honestly quiet worried we were going to lose Dina in that moment. When I was watching the previous episode and I thought DIna might die, I was thinking, I'm tempted to look up if she survives the game, because I like her character. I decided to ignore the temptation, which is good because I don't really want to be spoiled but also bad because of episodes like this one. I have talked about liking Dina this season, but even though I do like Jessie, I haven't really talked about it, but after he showed up clutch like that, I feel like I have to mention it and give him the shoutout or MVP for the episode. I've actually been wondering if Ellie knew for awhile and this episode confirmed it. The way she said "I know" and just had that cold stare, intense. I didn't find the ending that weird, because since the beginning of the season I've been thinking we have to find out why Ellie was angry at Joel, so when the ending happened, my first thought was, ah, I think it's time to find out what happened with Joel and Ellie. Great reaction, I look forward to the next one.

Even though I must say the confrontation with Nora was better because you’re playing it and chasing her and stuff. It’s weird they used that actress. Someone who looks like they could put up a real fight. Just to kill her in the same ep. Game Nora looked like Ellie could beat her ass easily lol. The airborne stuff is something they implemented in this season but it was always the case in the game. In a building u can breathe it in and get infected because the spores usually have one of those big host on a wall. So the spores linger in the air of a contained space. u have to wear a mask in the game when u enter spore filled buildings. You’re fine outside though. The ending is how it ended in the game too. For a reason.
