I think this did a good job for a remake musical too and yeah some of the iconic lines didn’t hit as hard but I don’t know how they could. OG actors delivered all of there lines not knowing if they were going to become well known, however the newer actors already knew which lines were iconic therefore would’ve felt more pressure on them. Loved the reaction and would also be interested in hearing further thoughts.

2025-06-01 13:58:48 +0000 UTCI actually saw this in the movie theater twice last year because I loved the integration of social media, and especially the Halloween song. I got given a copy of Mean Girls as a gift when I was a freshman in high school and so it does have a special place for me. I’d be interested in seeing further thoughts Also, thank you to Jeremy for requesting it, I had fun too :)
