So glad Rossi is finally here!! I don't hate Gideon but I'm also not a huge fan either lol, and now we've reached my preferred version of the team!

I was kind of expecting Jrabbit to not like Rossi, people who really like Gideon tend to have problems with Rossi when he shows up. I got lucky because despite liking Gideon, I liked the actor Joe Mantegna from Joan of Arcadia quite a bit, as well as knowing he's the voice of Fat Tony in The Simpsons, so I had that going for me when he first showed up, otherwise I would probably be in the exact same boat as Jrabbit right now.
I thought the episode was alright, it had it's creepy and disturbing moments. We didn't get much with the unsub, but it was mentioned shortly after the fact that he was dangerous because he can print pictures, that he felt invisible, ignored by people and women, so he was trying to make them notice him, hence the have you seen me on the posters, then he would destroy their face to make them the invisible ones. I feel like with someone like that, who is basically pay attention to me or else, we don't need much more information about him, so I was mostly alright with how the episode went for that.
Rossi is a bit rough around the edges right now, it seems he's back not to help or be apart of the team at the moment, but to solve an old case. Which of course will make him a little hard to connect with right now, until we learn more about him and the old case. We do know he's very good at what he does, he was one of the people who started all of this, along with Gideon, so that means something, but it also means, he was here when people didn't work together or share ideas, where they had to struggle to get things done, they were in a bunker basically with no resources. Now they have a jet, a big team, a tech girl with Garcia, a communications person with JJ, it's definitely going to take a bit for him to adjust to and work with. As he suggested to Hotch in the episode, sharing is a learned behavior and maybe even Hotch hasn't fully learned it himself yet, let alone Rossi.
But hopefully he can learn to work with and connect to the team and we as an audience can learn to connect with him, great reaction, I look forward to the next one.
