Love this show. I don’t fault the detective at all. It’s a new normal that he’s thrown into and he probably feels territorial over his job that he’s had to work years for and feels like someone that doesn’t have his training or skill is able to do his job for him. It’s insecurity but I can’t fault him because I’d probably be annoyed with her too if I was in his shoes 😂😂 She’s a lot to deal with so you can’t expect him to be able to deal with her huge personality overnight. Also, the show was renewed for a Season 2 ten episodes in so I’m excited for the cast and crew. Anyways, great reaction y’all. This show only gets better

2025-05-02 03:07:04 +0000 UTCSo glad you guys enjoyed this and I hope that you get to see more soon. It's very interesting how many shows it is like, but not an exact clone of any of them. For me when I watched it, I just kept thinking of your response to Mike in Suits and his brain and how excited JRabbit sometimes gets with that show so I thought maybe seeing Morgan will give that effect :) I also saw Erin Brokavich for the first time this past weekend and very similar vibes. It was my mother who put me onto this show (of course, it was when she was watching it and I'm like, is that Dee?) and for my mum it reminds her of Psych. Lots of people also compare it to Criminal Minds. (I don't watch CM so I don't know if the comparison is accurate) In addition, I know that you guys often enjoy when you recognize actors from other things, so I thought it might be a good one for you guys to try out. One of my favorite elements of the show is the way that they just kind of have her thinking of what happened and they act it out (and then other imaging like with the water park in Fontana where they acted that out too) since I feel it breaks up the monotony some of these shows have. I would love to continue sponsoring this show, but wanted to see if you guys liked it first and I'm thrilled that it might have passed your three episode role with just one episode. By the way, Kaitlin Olson is not only Morgan but one of the producers as well. I am always in awe of just how talented the five mains of Always Sunny really are
