There was a Reddit poll that I saw recently of: who has the funniest lines Ava or Mr. Johnson, Ava won, but it was pretty close. "The secret to not getting your ass kicked is knowing when someone can kick your ass" In terms of Gregory, I really like the idea of Gregory sounding like a character from 'Get Out' who has been "get-outted". However, that's how I speak to people so...yeah that's how someone would speak if I get-outted them I also think it was a great idea to show Alesha (Janine's sister) before showing her mother because you can see the problems within the family and also how they all look similar. It was very cute to see Barbara step in to protect Janine. Lastly, I love how happy Jacob's magic makes Ava. She's just like an excited kid =D --- edit: I did actually look at the actress for Barbara (Sheryl Lee Ralph) and she played a character called Beverly in this movie I'd never heard of called Mistress (1992)
