I definitely agree, Louis is the MVP of the season, I was worried about how they were going to treat him and this episode was difficult with Harvey trying to push him out. I liked the way Jessica went about her anger, letting Louis know she was upset, but that their going to move on, then when he was going to leave, letting him know that she appreciated him and understood how Hardman can get to people. Harvey on the other hand went full anger and didn't want to move on, but thankfully he was brought around and had the moment I quite liked where he ripped up the resignation letter. In mild defense, not a lot of defense, because Mike's been making some bad decisions. When it comes to Harvey, he never really had the be here before 8 or your late attitude, he was normally late himself, so Mike wasn't expecting that and Harvey was really mostly upset about Zoe. Again though, mild defense, because it's not like Mike didn't deserve a little bit of being yelled at, maybe not quite as much as he got, but a little. Also, I hope we never really bring up the Mike slept with a married woman story again and that we can move on from that, but hey the guy only punched Mike a few times and as Mike said actions have consequences. So now we can move on hopefully. Minus Rachel of course, who will probably stay angry about it for awhile, but hopefully that doesn't last to long either, speaking of which didn't she pass the LSAT, are they going to do something with that, because I prefer when she has other storylines that don't revolve around Mike as much. I always kind of thought Howard was the worst and wondered why he worked there, but it turns out he's really good, he just makes mistakes and loses confidence because Louis is yelling in his face and threatening him. I guess that means Louis is not quite as good a leader as I thought, because I think a really great leader would adapt his leadership style to the people he's leading, especially if it's making them worse. But I'm glad Mike helped him get a job somewhere else and hopefully he can do much better there. Great reaction, I look forward to the next one.
