I love the slow build up in this episode leading to the reveal of Mondas, the master and that Bill was converted all so close together. John Simms is so freaking good as the master and that reveal was perfect. I can't wait for the next episode.

The second upload keeps giving me a message saying that it's processing, check back later. But it's been saying that since yesterday, so not sure what's up with it.

This was a great episode. So much stuff happening, starting with the Doctor at the beginning of the episode, then Missy and all the Doctor Who stuff, Bill getting shot which was a shock, then the time reveal, the reveal of Bill as a Cyberman and her kind of both terrifying and heartbreaking "I waited for you".
Then finally the great reveal of the Master, who we first saw all the way back in season 3 with Martha, as Harold Saxon, who we haven't seen since his last episode, which was also David Tennant's last episode as the Doctor in the specials that aired during season 4, so a long time ago. They did everything in this episode very well, the callbacks to Classic Who, the creepy atmosphere and all the twists and shocking moments. Great reaction, I look forward to the next one.

There were a few more nods to Classic Who in this episode. Firstly you had the whole thing about the Doctor really being called "Doctor Who" then changing his name to just "The Doctor." He used to be credited in Classic Who as "Doctor Who" but starting from David Tenant he's been credited as "The Doctor." With Capaldi being a fan of the classic series, he refers to the character as Doctor Who in interviews, so that was a fun nod.
These are the OG Cybermen from 1966. In their first story (The Tenth Planet) the Doctor finds himself on Earth's twin planet Mondas. So this is kind of a prequel to that. This is actually what the Cybermen looked like back then. Personally I think they look scarier than the current version, mostly because they still seem so human.
Bringing John Simm back as the Master was an amazing reveal, except back when this aired the BBC completely let the cat out of the bag. They had promotional material for series 10 with John Sims face on it, so a lot people figured out Razor was actually the Master. Still bringing him back after 7 years, almost 8 is genius. We've had multi-Doctor episodes, but I think this is the first time we've had multiple Masters (outside of regenerating)

Just thought I would mention, there's no reaction footage from you, you can see Doctor Who playing with no audio, then it just says media offline with a red screen where you would normally be.
