This wa a mid episode to me, sorry to say because I do love the show. I actually thought that I was getting to be out of touch because obviously the two of you have watched much more TV than me, but having read a few different rankings lists, a lot of them put Season One on the bottom because it's formulaic to sitcom TV, has nothing really standout about it, and none of the side characters are explored as much as in later seasons. That being said. I think I've become accustomed to shows which have 8-10 episodes per season because I am interested in how you respond to season 2 once you're a few episodes in. Once you do, I think I can see a bit better if you'd like the show more. Again, wish that this came out at 1. a time with no laugh track/audience laughter 2. a time with shorter seasons
