If you receive an email from us about your payment having been declined and your access being removed temporarily, please be sure to communicate with us when you update that payment.
We've received numerous messages today and yesterday for Patrons still waiting on access after amending their failed payment.
Patreon is not sending us updates when the payment goes through. (Unless you create a brand new pledge). Please just send us a direct message and we can make sure your access is reinstated.
