２つの投稿で飼い鳥が亡くなった話と私の体調面についてお話させていただきましたが、あれからまた色々あったので近況報告です。
猫を２匹飼っているのですが、そのうちの1匹の胸に腫瘍があることがわかりました。
手術で摘出することも、悪性か良性か検査するのも難しい部位にあるため、薬で治すかサプリで緩和しつつ看取るしか手段がありません。
保護猫で推定10歳というのもあり、薬の副作用で余計に苦しめるよりかはサプリで最後まで家で過ごさせてあげようと思っています。
今は咳が出てるぐらいで他は元気なのが救いです。
腫瘍が見つかった時はまた落ち込んでいたのですが、サプリも高額なので休んでいる場合じゃないな、と徐々に絵を描けるようにリハビリ中です。
コミッション消化しつつ新作の漫画続きも描けたらいいなと思ってます。
私の高血圧も経過は良いみたいなので、あとはコレステロールが下がってればいいんですけどね･･･この前、採血してきたので結果が良くなってるのを願うばかりです。
身体に悪いものが食べたい～！
余談ですが犬猫のCT撮影専門病院での費用10万円ほどかかりました。健康な犬猫ちゃん飼っている方は万が一のことを考えてペット保険に入っておきましょうね！；；
I have told you in two posts about the death of my bird and my health condition, and I would like to give you an update on some more things that have happened since then.
I have two cats, and I found out that one of them has a tumor on its chest.
Since it is in an area that is difficult to remove surgically or to test whether it is malignant or benign, we have no other option but to take care of him with medication or supplements to alleviate the problem.
Since he is a shelter cat and estimated to be 10 years old, I would rather let him stay at home until the end of his life with supplements than to make him suffer even more from the side effects of the medication.
I am glad to know that he is otherwise in good health, except for a coughing fit.
When the tumor was found, I was depressed again, but the supplements are expensive and I don't have time to rest, so I am gradually rehabilitating myself to be able to draw pictures.
I hope I can continue to draw new comics while digesting my commissions.
My high blood pressure seems to be progressing well, so I just hope my cholesterol level is lowered... I just hope the results are better since I had my blood drawn the other day.
I want to eat something bad for my body~!
As an aside, it cost me about 100,000 yen at a hospital specializing in CT scans of dogs and cats. Those of you with healthy dogs and cats should get pet insurance just in case! ；；
