Added 2022-04-22 16:23:32 +0000 UTCHey! So I think I've figured out a good cadence that works for me. It gives me time to compose and edit different stories, and to provide the tiered benefits I want for this patreon.
Basically, the Preschool Tier is going to get access to a story every Thursday. So around 4 chapter stories a month. These will be 2 chapters of Stentonville and 2 chapters of Nurserton. I plan to alternate them.
Every Tuesday, I plan to release content for the Daycare tier. These will alternate between updates for Trust Fund Babies, and new short stories. That will be an additional 4ish posts a month, meaning Daycare gets double the posts (4vs8) as Preschool does. That seems about right.
Then, when we get a few more people in here and get some poll activity, I'll divide those short stories between 1 user-requested short story, and 1 of my own. It might end up being 1 short story requested by the Preschool and Daycare Tiers, and 1 requested by the Nursery Tier, but we'll see how it goes. Short stories are much harder to write because they have to function as complete tales, so we'll have to see how long-term sustainable higher-quality short story production goes. I have about 11 short stories I'm working on currently, though, so I have a lot of backlog to work through =).
In the future, one thing I really want to do is audio recordings. This is not something I'm ready to do now, but maybe soon. I need to buy some recording equipment and figure out some software to use for audio recordings. I want to try it out and do some audio recordings of some of my short stories first. In the future, though, my dream will be to have some of my fellow content creators record using their voices. I definitely want to try some female audio recordings in the future. I think that would be really fun!
