I am not a Texas lawyer, but have you considered bringing a motion to dismiss under Texas’ anti-SLAPP statute? It’s protections are expansive and there’s attorney fees and sanctions.

2023-08-30 00:42:51 +0000 UTCLast night I had a dream I was at a party with the bruenigs and I was like hey Matt I heard a version of the rich men north of Richmond song you will think is hilarious and Matt was like oh cool let me hear it BUT the version I was thinking of was the hank hill ai one and I remembered just then I had heard it on their podcast and it was not in fact a novel new version for Matt and I was like uhhh, just a sec let me go over and find it, and I shuffled away and then never came back. Embarrassing!
