-become an effortlessly good person such that i automatically do not just the permissible thing but the excellent thing in every moral circumstance
-want less/want what i have more
-don't make everyone promise to see dune with me because rationally not that many people are going to be able to see dune with me at any given time

I do that same kinda "well actually it's the optimal arrangement even if bad for us personally" thinking as the guy in the madoff doc. It also took me a long time to realize that other people don't think that way and that it tends to piss people off to respond that way.
