Hey Matt, what's your theory on how much counter-cyclical spending we should have done in response to the pandemic recession? What do you think we spent too much on that we shouldn't have to avoid inflation? I am confused by your reasoning, because you say "of course we can do counter-cyclical spending, econ 101", but you contradict it by saying the spending led to inflation.
