What if it were possible to optionally pay X% extra in taxes but the IRS/SSA would distribute it equally to everyone? Or just start an IRS/SSA charity that anyone could donate to at any time that would distribute the money equally among almost everyone? Would that serve some of the same functions as a social wealth fund / enable people to start one independently? It feels like one of the main bottlenecks is just having any way to distribute things to everyone equally. EDIT: oh fuck the IRS can't do that
