Great show as always!! Not gonna rank every final fantasy but I love enjoyed 16 the most by far. Just the setting and fights are incredible. I’d probably go 16, 6, 7, 4, 1 as my top 5.

Someone either here or on another podcast said the game feels like KCD2 and KCD3 put together, which I totally agree with. Also, my Henry has been surviving on a honey diet since Brad first mentioned it!

2025-03-12 16:05:01 +0000 UTCI used to play every Ass Creed game until I played Origins. I made it 80 hours into the and saw that I was 50% through the game. I haven’t touched that series since. Black Flag is still the best of the series IMO. I loved that story.

2025-03-12 09:59:37 +0000 UTCDon’t feel bad guys, everyone I’ve ever known has pronounced it Lune R. It’s definitely Louner though, in it the moon being Luna. That being said - Lunar Legend was a remake of the first game for the GBA. Different sprites etc and I think took the movement out of the battles and made it more turn based if I remember. Lunar Silver Star Harmony was another remake for the PSP. It added a little prologue where you played as the original four heroes in the game. It’s a cool little addition and they redid voice acting and some of the translation if I remember correctly for that as well Lunar Dragon Song was on the DS. As I was poor and just started college I never owned or played it. I’ve always heard it was horrible though because of the battle system. What I remember hearing was that you couldn’t choose who you attacked and it was random. Game takes place a thousand years before the first game though so it’s a prequel.

2025-03-12 05:15:38 +0000 UTCAgree with Brad r.e. FF7 character roles. The only thing that differentiates characters in that game is their limit breaks. For all intents and purposes they all function and behave the exact same way. More or less the same in FFX.

I wasn't impressed with any of the gameplay I had seen beforehand and decided it wasn't worth getting. After he kept hyping it up I folded and got it on sale. Didn't really like it and deleted it. So Colin play the damn game with Micah and we're even.😄

2025-03-11 22:02:38 +0000 UTCColin, I'm assuming you played F.E.A.R on PS3 or 360...so you didn't really play F.E.A.R. The console versions are notoriously gimped compared to the PC version. But hey, you have that RTX 2070. You could play it at 4k60fps on your PC. Crazy that you're so into first person shooters and boomer shooters and you refuse to play on PC, especially when you already have a relatively capable build.
