This Days Gone slander hurts my heart. Guys.... yes it does take a while for the story to introduce you to a horde, but it's only like 20-25% through. Around 10 hours in. It's not at the end of the game or even halfway. And if you really want to you can find the optional hordes before that. There's a couple in the northeast part of the map. One by a lake and one inside a cave in the middle of a long high rock wall. Though be warned, you're going to want to set your bike up facing the other direction ready to run because you don't quite have the toolset to take a horde down easily yet.

I had written it off because there were a lot of off putting things when learning about the games mechanics, but I had decided to give it a shot when I saw it on sale for 3 dollars on PSN. It took a few hours, but eventually it clicked and I just got it. Now I’m just obsessed with KCD2. Already 60 hours in and I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface and it feels so wonderful. I just want to thank you Lock for beating the drum for KCD. I just wish I had listened sooner. Audentes fortuna iuvat!
