Hideaki Nishino and Hermen Hulst were bestowed co-CEO roles -- the former looking after hardware and services, the latter after software -- but now, Nishino will hold the CEO role alone, with Hulst demoted and now reporting directly to him. While Sony Corporation itself made some other changes as well, including installing Hiroki Totoki as the larger entity's CEO, changes to PlayStation's executive structure so soon after alterations were first made says something rather clear: Bad choices were made, and rectifying them as quickly as possible is the best idea. We discuss. I do not have many platinum trophies but I remember that for example Horizon has difficulty related trophies separated from base platinum trophy. I have a platinum and did not do the ng+ on ultra hard or whatever that trophy was.

The last thing you ever want to do is completely leave it alone & have it fester. Since you just did it sure give yourself the normal healing time 4 to 6 weeks. Yes it’ll calm down. But you’ll think it’s gone & resume normal activity & it maybe comes right back. Not to say that’ll be you. But don’t freak out when it does. Everyone says so many different things. Healing this shit is an Art lol. But in the end it’s a pain the fucking ass yet you acclimate. Truly dude the only thing that’s helped is just time & working it at pain scale of a 3 outta 10. It’s just knowing when to push it. Gauge it based on how it feels the following day. The tendon has to be worked in order to heal & prevent scar tissue. It took me a legit 10 months to get mine to chill the fuck out. Some people deal with it for 30 days or 2 years. But don’t baby it if it sticks around longer than 30 days. Yes gains will be hit. But get creative & keep it moving & you’ll be right back in it. I let this mentally hurt me in the beginning more than I should have. But it humbled me & taught me things about myself. You’ll be okay dude. Keep your chin up.

2025-02-02 09:17:01 +0000 UTCPeople have probably mentioned this but Normal on NG2B is actually easy mode. The difficulty options are renamed but they're pulled from the Sigma version that's easy. Normal in the OG 360 game is much harder. Also they only have 5 or so enemies on the screen at one time whilst the originals as much more brutal. I didn't know this until I was pretty far into the game and was wondering why it was so much easier than I remember.

Am I tripping or is the platinum in Doom Eternal not completly doable on easy? So why would Doom: The Dark Ages not also allow that?

The only reason I have a PS5 is for certain Japanese games that don’t come to Xbox and it’s been a lot fewer this gen than last. PS doesn’t have a single 1st party system seller for >me<. Barring something weird I’ve already decided this is my last PlayStation. 2. Gamepass. It’s saved me money and allowed me to play things I might not have like Persona 3 Reloaded (and I got the dlc for free from Gamepass). Also, you don’t own your games today either, even when buying a la carte. They’re just licenses. 3. Much better backwards compatibility. 4. I HATE the Dualsense. I even bought a DSE thinking it would be better and it’s not. It also wasn’t worth the money because I have to charge the thing if I just look at it. I’ve never liked PlayStation controllers. The DS4 is the only one I found tolerable. This conversation was so fanboyish, and I say that because of the constant use of “us”, “we”, and “it’s over”. This is not Sega. Xbox’s biggest problems have always been releasing things before the market was ready and their garbage messaging. Clearly Xbox is in trouble with all the money they’re making putting games everywhere. I also understand there are moron fanboys that don’t like change, but that’s what’s really happening. Yes Xbox is pulling the trigger first, but this is the future for everyone except maybe Nintendo. Final note. If the rumors aren’t true and the next Xbox won’t run Windows then I’m moving to PC. Everything is there anyway. But this constant narrative that there’s no reason to own an Xbox is moronic. Not everyone is the same. There’s clearly a lot of people still on PS4 that don’t see the need for a PS5 because news flash, 3rd party games are almost always the most popular. There’s also people that only have a Switch. My teenage son is perfectly happy with his Xbox. The only PlayStation games he wants to play are Bloodborne and Demon’s Souls and they will eventually be on PC. We have plenty of games to play without a PlayStation, and the vast majority of people are playing the same handful of 3rd party games in a device of their choice. That’s the future.

I get that the PS5 console is selling well, but it doesnt seem like software is selling the same way as last gen on the platform and sequels to big titles aren't hitting the same way (not that they're selling bad terrible), 3rd party exclusive games on the platform dont seem to be selling tremendously well (not terrible), and Sony doesn't sell their consoles with high margins. I'm in agreement that their first party output lacking is not the end of the world at the moment. But as we do eventually move into a more "platform/ecosystem/app" world - wouldn't their output begin to matter more and more?? Hardware based devices in a lotnof categories have been seeing lower and lower numbers of sales. People used to buy new Smartphones every other year if not yearly, we used replace laptops regularly, my TVs have been chugging along for years. At some point, console hardware sales will slow even if it's only due to more and more people needing to upgrade to the next console especially if what you get on the next console, and the next console, progressively decline. Am I missing something?? This is coming from a genuine place.

Was not a fan of the combat and would've preferred if the combat was either full turn based or full action combat. I also don't have the nostalgia of OG FF7 as well so I felt no connection to the story.

2025-01-31 20:05:05 +0000 UTCDustin was on the right track with the HD2 situation, the issue was the botched launch of the requirement after selling the game into countries that don't support PSN for 3 months. If the requirement was firm at launch and the game was already geoblocked in countries that don't support PSN, it wouldn't have been as big of an uproar as it was. Those who already own the game in the countries that don't support PSN are still able to play, but no new purchases can occur in said countries after the geoblocking. They have recently removed some countries from the geoblocking, so hopefully this is a sign of things to come. I'm not holding my breath however, the fully single player games that are in the news with these optional PSN bonuses are still geoblocked because obviously they have to be able to support the country for the optional goods/trophies.

As for recovery, you don't have to stop lifting, just avoid bicep curls or lower the weight so you don't inflame the affected tendons while they heal, you will lose 0 gains. Also, a physiotherapist will be more helpful than the doctor for injuries like this

Also, try switching to Hammer curls while you're healing. You shouldn't feel pain in the tendon with hammer curls and it will still stimulate that bicep some what. I had a similar injury and switched to hammer curls while I healed up. Since you do seem to enjoy lifting, I would encourage you to do a little more research into fitness, so you don't injur yourself again. Just go down a youtube rabbit hole. I recommend Renaissance Periodization youtube channel.

You could probably go hard one day out of the week on 40s and if you want to do more maybe switch to lighter dumbell and harder curl variations. You seem pretty in tune.Also the bicep makes up 1/3rd of the arm and the triceps make 2/3rds of the arm. If you want to increase arm size focusing on triceps is the way to go.
