So we’ll see. Companies pivot. Phil Spencer said they were buying publishers to bring exclusive games to Xbox & look how that turned out. Like I said. With PlayStations new leadership dynamic, you’ll begin to see their focus revert back to the console only. They may still continue to ship games on PC with a 2 year window but day & date with single player games will not happen in this generation. If at all.

Sony will be day one on PC before PlayStation 6 launches. I don't know why PlayStation fans refuse to see what's right in front of them and is being told as much by Sony.

I mean would you be saying that after the release of helldivers 2 or the PC release of Ghost of Tsushima? They have overall had good numbers coming from PC on most of their games, I don't think 1 game will be their immediate discourage for all PC operations.

Phil, Shuhei and Reggie or Iwata (forgot who) have said this numerous times over the years. The reason why is because they're funding and publishing the game. Doesn't matter if they don't own the studio because if it wasn't for the hardware manufacturer, the game wouldn't exist. Gaming is first and third party. There is no second party. So many people believe this exists when even going back to the SNES days, it didn't exist. Why people want to make up a term that companies for decades have said doesn't exist is beyond me.

Spider-Man 2 has over 300,000 illegal downloads just off one torrent. Sony chill be just fine selling to its own user base with the alley oop assist from having Microsoft’s 1st party games. That’s a 30% cut just by allowing the games to be sold. Only on PlayStation is coming back.

But nobody expected the entire gaming industry to gaslight everyone into thinking this game is "A return to form! 10/10" and that its selling great. I guess its time to start making what the fans want again...
