Late reply, but that was just because Nintendo's operational style was woefully ill-equipped to deal with COVID. The way they work could not be less conductive to WFH. Without COVID it would have come out years prior.

In fact i was so let down by tears overall that when i was done with it i went back and replayed BOTW and still found it the superior game. Tears feels bloated. The only thing it does better is the dungeons and even those werent up to series standard anyways.
