I live in Washington now, which is different than California, but what to you are the best and worst differences for you? For me, sports on TV start and end earlier, which is great, and summer in the PNW is amazing compared to the east coast swampy humidity. Worse? Everything else I guess. You’ve mocked LOTR fans to defend Rings of Power, DC fans over that shitty Rocksteady game, and Fallout fans for the lore implications of the TV show. It bothers me that you position yourself as above the fray when you have stuff that you’re passionate about too. What’s up dude, Do you think a Destiny TV show could work? What would it need to be successful? What would episode structure consist of? What would the actor roster look like? Personally I believe this could be done well, if it was quality, artsy, dramatic and didn’t hold anyone hand. Maybe something like the first 5-10 minutes of episode one would do an explanation of the Traveler and what it did for humanity but from there it’s just “yeah man this is the world, love it or leave it.” As always love what you all do at LSM and I’ll hang up and listen.

Chris, Largely due your praise I finally played through Shadow of the Colossus. Would you elaborate on why you adore the game so much? I ask because you've largely been a gameplay mechanics and control gamer first, which seems to stand in contrast to the controls and feel of Shadow of the Colossus. Of course it's beautiful, somber, and elegantly directed. However, my enjoyment of those positives was heavily impacted by frustrations I experienced controlling the game itself, from Argo to camera controls, as well moments when it felt like I had no control of wanderer (which I understand is by design). I'm fresh off the game and still processing my thoughts. Overall, it's a game I'm thrilled to have played once but never need to play again. Clark Petri

They’re great stealth games, and have a very unique feel allowing you to play as multiple characters and explore hub worlds. I must EMPLORE you to check out Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and Dial of Destiny. In my opinion, these movies are more unjustly vilified than any other films I can think of. They're great flicks that get hate simply because it's the fad. It's cool to hate Crystal Skull and Dial of Destiny. But they're genuinely good.
