Brad has really grown on me throughout the year. Punching up had become one of my favorite shows on Last Stand. Sad to see Dustin relinquish the rains but I get it. By the way I haven't owned a Nintendo console since the Wii U and still listen and love your show

I agree with a lot of what gene said about Xenoblade Chronicles x. However I'm not sure what he means by there's no quote un quote main enemy. Like the aliens chased you to the planet, and I believe there are named alien generals that are antagonists. So what he says is kind of just wrong. Also yes it is somewhat lighter on story than the regular games however the operations you go on do you have cutscenes to lead into and then out of each mission and a lot of the missions have cutscenes to take place during them outside of the side ones and characters and the whole shebang even likeable ones and well written ones. There's even like plot twists and stuff good ones too in my opinion. So yeah I can't agree with him on that.

Xenoblade X was a game I played thoroughly during a stretch of unemployment after finishing undergrad. It's my second favorite game in the series from a mechanics/combat perspective, after 3, though its story leaves a lot to be desired. I hope that with the added story content they wrap up loose ends from the original version. I'd rather that than an X2 at this point. Really fun game overall though.
