As the famous saying goes, and then there were three. This week on LSM's conversational podcast, we set sail with a trio of your favorite podcasting personalities rather than the usual foursome. Will this bit of streamlining make this nearly perfect show even better?
Kicking things off, Matty talks to his comrades about personal reflections. When consuming various media ranging from video games to movies, how much introspection is involved? What plays into our feelings about the entertainment we choose to spend our time with, and how often do we allow ourselves the right to form judgements honestly while also giving ourselves permission to change our minds about the things we watch, read and play? Next up, Lord Cognito wants to weigh-in on our history with doctors. From the gifted healers that make our lives better to the mediocre medical practitioners who only add to our pain and suffering, what experiences have we had with doctors? As the nature of healthcare becomes increasingly difficult to navigate for the providers and their patients, does the prescription exist for the perfect doc? Finally, the Dagster asks the gang about trading reality for our idyllic fantasy worlds. I looked up his list of Conspiracy Theories and looked into what was said and I got to say.... most of the "Conspiracies" are most likely true at least in part. There are so many provable and true examples of conspiring between The Media, Big Intelligence, Big Politics, Big Tech. I'm surprised that people aren't more skeptical of everything in this 1984 dystopia we live. But thank you for the response. I have no social media or a smartphone with apps of any kind, so this is my only outlet for conversation like this LOL

But is there something I do not know about RFK that makes them vitriolic in their attacks on him? From what I know for he was legally attacked by the Democratic Party to the point of disallowing him to run at all. This all happened while they ignored the obvious health issues of Biden and instead those health issues to install their Coup candidate with no elections whatsoever. The same Coup candidate who Tulsi absolutely DEMOLISHED in debate in 2020 then Tulsi was literally DELETED from Google during the primary elections because she had so much steam. Is there something I missed with RFK JR that makes him an evil grifter because to me it looks like the Democratic Party (As an organization) is probably the most evil and most powerful corporation in the world.

I would even go as far to say that Constellation should rotate its hosts - the episodes Chris hosts are amazing

Constellation is my favorite show and I hope that Colin can at least show up for 2 episode a month. If $ is an issue let us know! I’ll happily up my tier from $5 a month to $25 a month. And I’m sure fans of Colin would definitely up their tier as well to see him more on Constellation.

Perhaps a better idea would be to have someone different host it every week. The few times Chris has hosted have been great. I’d like to see others give hosting a shot. New topics arent presented until 4 people who can fit Constellation into their schedule that week reply to the topic email, which everyone gets to review beforehand so they can bring discussion to the table. They have talked about this process multiple times. Any time it's less than 4 people, or it's the same people as the previous week, Dagan isn't there, etc it's always due to schedule conflicts. The reason Matty and Cog are often together is because they usually have the same free time on their schedule, because they record Duke together.

2024-10-28 16:24:16 +0000 UTCHere are my thoughts. The show needs four people. But it doesn't need four topics. I think having four people is important purely for variety and differences in opinion. So I think behind the scenes, if they just keep a running tally of topics to be discussed (and who submitted it), they can have LSM crew "sign up" for what shows/topics they want to be a part of. Whatever they end up doing though, don't get rid of the fourth person. Just the fourth topic. This will also take pressure off of employees who might not necessarily want to come up with a topic one week if they truly don't have one. Wait for inspiration to hit.
