See, I was actually waiting for what rumors suggested was a near-inevitable reveal of an upcoming PlayStation Showcase (or State of Play), and figured we'd do a preview episode of + with prognostications and predictions. But the announcement never came (at least by the time I'm writing this). So instead, I executed an impromptu mailbag using 34 inquiries gathered for our viewers and listeners on Discord (which means the showcase will be announced any minute now). I would really recommend getting bowflex adjustable dumbbells. Not all your movements should be done with the same weight necessarily either. Glad to hear you’re seeing progress with your lifting!

Being a business owner literally never stops. My days are jammed pack with work and every day I’m adding more to the plate. I’m just one person. This shit is mentally exhausting. Days go so fast and boom before you know it, quarterly tax season appears. I’m blessed but I want to be retired by 50-55. I just need a few hail storms to help speed the process.

Braid I felt to be a pretentious video game (then & now), but I didn't feel that way about The Witness -- so it has nothing to do with the creator as a person.

2024-05-27 16:39:16 +0000 UTCAs a former hardcore sports game fan I too have completely stopped playing them around 2005 with the MVP Baseball and NFL 2k. They just got too complicated and "simmy". NBA 2k1 was a perfect game and all you had was a cross over and spin move. Then it went to shoot stick and more complicated maneuvers it really took the fun out of just playing for me. Same with Madden. Shifting lines and dbacks, putting men in motion, it just became overly complicated. We need more arcade style sports games

I think the main Sacred show does a great job of using listen questions as jumping off points for conversations with the hosts, but I’m not subscribing to Last Stand to listen to what random people on the internet have to say. A Constellation episode with a listener on does not sound like a good idea at all.

For anyone interested, simply playing the French version of the game from the main menu (in game items and descriptions still in English btw) - pops the Fox ranking trophy automatically for some reason. You can even play it on easy. Something to note for those interested before it gets patched, though I doubt it will at this point.

Telling specifically the women graduating that they had been sold diabolical lies and that their life likely really begins when they meet a husband and have kids during a commencement speech is fucking absurd. It’s weird to say he said nothing wrong and then transition to “but no one’s talking about this anti-Semitism”. Just seems like an agenda. And by the school I even mean the nuns who are at the catholic school “"Instead of promoting unity in our church, our nation, and the world, his comments seem to have fostered division."” I mean he called pride month a deadly sin. Is that something Colin subscribes to? Before Colin just said he was annoyed gay people shove it down his throat, but now he’s just agreeing celebrating pride is a sin? I don’t think he even read the speech, I think he just wanted to do a “what about anti-semitism” and is mad people are focusing on butker. Do I want butker to be cancelled? No, I mean why would the chiefs get rid of a kicker when theyre looking to go for their third in a row.
