What we know for sure is that this reality isn't what we're lead to believe so maybe those ideas I gave are simply ways of me understanding that pantheon. I'm forever asking questions, I really want to know the answers. Who built the pyramids, who are the annuaki, are we in a big simulation or just a little one in our own minds? So many questions lol

I reckon their one of three things. Beings seen in a psychedelic state explained in a way that could be understood, humanized forces of nature as was mentioned or Aliens/ interdimentional entities that might have played a part in man's origin.

Really cool theories. I always wondered what the Greek mythology gods were in reality and why it was of such importance to all of humanity.

I loved Starpilot's analogy of reality being a tapestry. It made me think of the tapestry of fates in Greek mythology. I remember listening to an old Manly P. Hall (or was it Alan Watts...?) lecture/seminar on mystery traditions and how the pantheon was less of a polytheistic super hero team and more like humanized representations of forces beyond our control and understanding. Kind of like how you talk about entities pulling strings behind the scenes, like celestial opperators or something. Supposedly hallucinagenics were involved in the sacred rites of the Eleusinian mysteries. I wonder how much information we've gained and lost about 'the other side' over thousands and thousands of years...
