She's from an iPhone-only Japanese gacha game called "ๅ ็! ๆฌกใฏใใใซใฎๆ้ใงใ", in English "Sensei! Tsugi wa Batoru no Jikan Desu", and also called "Beauty Android". The game launched in April 2013, ended online service in Febury 2014, and shut down completely in July 2014. It's hard to find much information because the game wasn't very popular and shut down a long time ago. ...But yeah, she's cute!
