Like we said before, those 100 of you who made it in will keep your $1 a month indefinitely as a token of our gratitude, but the base tier is now $3 a month.
As for the exclusive I promised, we hit 100 members much faster than expected, and we aren't quite ready to start one (at least in pairs or as a family), but feel free to give recommendations in the comments. If you'd like me (Brady) to watch one that isn't suited towards a family, I'd be thrilled to watch something with you guys :) (i am the anime lover after all xD)
Otherwise, I'd prefer a show that isn't too niche, and of course isn't inappropriate or very fan servicy (for reference, my hero is pushing the boundary of fan service)! Lemme hear em!

2024-09-08 22:05:49 +0000 UTCCongrats! I really have enjoyed watching with you guys. Makes me feel at home! I suggest the show Moriarty The Patriot. It's a detective / crime anime with around 20ish episodes. It has Sherlock Holmes in it and its very good. It is similar to like a Criminal Minds type with different cases each episode, some being a couple episodes long. I'd say the most inappropriate thing about it would be just that its a bit violent and some harsh language for family consumption but other than that its pretty tame! If not no worries, just throwing it out there for you or anyone that would wanna watch a good crime anime! Thank you for all the laughs Gold Family!

At the end of the day we are just watching someone else’s content and hard work, so it feels just a little scummy to put it higher (at least at the moment when we post like 1-2 times a week) but idk lol 😆 My brother really likes dr stone, so I’ll look into it, but fmab is great shout although the third ep might put mom off 😂

It may be worth making a MyAnimeList page for recommendations , that way you can look at the synopsis with your parents & decide if you wanna or not. Something cute and casual like Dungeon Meshi might be good for her.

2024-09-01 10:07:21 +0000 UTCI definitely think you should charge more for the personal react tiers, otherwise youre literally going to be bombarded by everyones temporary nostalgia highs and subscribe yourself to mystery amount of episodes and hours edited. You don't have to be too humble, everything is gonna come your way because your channel reacts so far have been very enjoyable and hits the niche "react with parent" while having faster rate of uploading so far. You seem so wholesome so don't undervalue yourself! That aside, I think a relatively quick and recent anime that you and your mom might like, which I also personally enjoy is, and would still garner a fair bit of online attention, might be Dr.Stone, and if youre up for something longer, an older classic that still holds up really well is Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, though the viewing for that might be more for us nostalgia viewers than the meta community. But considering we watching naruto, I assume a lot of us nostalgia ppl are here

2024-09-01 06:40:29 +0000 UTCOh, Umineko is the sequel to Higurashi btw, sorry i'm all over the place hahaha. there's a Umineko anime but we don't talk about it, cuts out a lot of stuff, and doesn't cover the whole story, however if you're into manga and visual novels this is absolute peak

2024-09-01 06:40:02 +0000 UTCMystery/horror anime. Personally the When The Cry series is my absolute favorite, I'm a huge Umineko fan (if you couldn't tell with my profile name and pic XD). Another is also mystery/horror, it's pretty short, 12 or 13 ep can't remember. I thought you had already watched Bleach, definitely have to watch that in the future too, but I figured I'd recommend shorter animes for now

2024-09-01 06:35:10 +0000 UTCAll my favorite shows probably fall in the too fan servicy or too violent category XD (the Monogatari series is so good but probably have the most fan service in all anime, Mirai Nikki is also very good but probably go too far for your liking in fan service too and I don't think you would be too into shows like Higurashi or Another) so I guess I'll recommend Youjo Senki or Parasyte. Of course I'd love to see you react to Bleach with your mom but in a while, like when you're done with Naruto. Will you react alone to the new season coming out in october though? (if you're up to date with the series of course)
