Changelog:
1) You can visit Lara and improve your dexterity. Comes with 4 scenes(depends on your route and if you win or lose).
2) You can now impregnate Lara after finishing "A little bit of practice" quest.
3) You can now buy medkits from Maria. That will be important on Hope 2.
