As a mayor, what will you order to build next?
Arena- You will have a place for mutants to fight each other and have your profits from bets.
It will also introduce a new character - Arena Manager and her loyal companion.
Fetishes: Mutant on female(optional), Punk girl.
Garage- You will have a place to build vehicles with the help of garage worker. You will be able to drive outside of the settlement to explore other locations. Garage worker might be Female or Futa, depending on your choice.
