Brothel- You will be able to have profits from it, as well as have scenes with who is working there. It will also introduce a new character- Brothel Madam.
Fetishes: Prostitution(optional), Mature woman.
Arena- You will have a place for mutants to fight each other and have your profits from bets.
It will also introduce a new character - Arena Manager and her loyal companion.
Fetishes: Mutant on female(optional), Punk girl.
Greenhouse - You will have a place to grow fresh food for the settlement, boosting morale and having your part of the profits.
It will also introduce a new character - Greenhouse worker and her experiments.
Fetishes: Tentacles on female (optional), Shy girl.
Garage- You will have a place to build vehicles with the help of a garage worker. You will be able to drive outside of the settlement to explore later on. Garage worker might be Female or Futa, depending on your choice.
Fetishes: Futa(optional), Muscular girl.
