@Winterlook Sorry, but I still did not understand how to write you differently: D You have a small bug in the S.H.E.L.T.E.R. If you do not go through Melisa's branch, then she will become inactive after some events. (The game will offer to find a weapon, although it is in the inventory) I think this happened after the battle with the bandits. Good luck.

2020-04-09 06:17:30 +0000 UTCSince the shelter is underground I just assumed the father did put pictures into the windows to simulate pre-war. Otherwise they would be staring at dirt and rocks. Kind of what NYC did to abandoned apartment buildings in the late 70's/early 80's.
