Charge Up Front Coming 12/7/2018
Added 2018-12-03 16:01:00 +0000 UTCLast month I noticed 3 sneaky buggers who pledged before the end of November and then deleted it so they wouldn't be charged. Maybe they took advantage or maybe they genuinely felt the content wasn't worth the money.
Either way, it's unfair to the patrons who donate monthly.
So, starting Friday 12/7/2018, I will be making the switch to charge up front. New patrons will be charged the day they become a patron, then on the 1st of the month going forward. Current patrons will continue to be charged at the end of every month. If you increase or decrease your pledge this month after the switch, you will be billed immediately in full.
I was hoping not to do this, because once you switch to charge up front, you can't change it back. But it might be necessary to prevent future issues like this.
