RE3 Rando - Last beta

Here is the patch for the rando which fixes the crashes with Nemesis, and item softlocks in City and Clock Tower area.
The next planned release will be the RE2 Voice Rando, which should be up between Feb 20 and Feb 25.
By the way, I wanted to thank all of you for your help. Since the pandemic things have been rough here, so I really appreciate it.
