So here's my video on coffee with the script.

My good friend in Amsterdam just quit coffee and he said that a difference he noticed is how easily he feels stressed out. He was saying that he had one of those days where a lot of things fell through and he had to put out some fires happening with his business. He's had similar days recently when he had a coffee habit and he noticed the difference is that without coffee, he's still taking the same actions and trying to move quickly to get everything fixed and done in the day, but it just feels like less of an emergency.
This is similar to what I was trying to express. If I'm having a great day and am on vacation and drinking coffee, everything is great. Coffee might even make me more excited about the conversation I'm having or the book I'm reading or whatever I might be doing. However, when bad things are happening or I have a lot to do, things feel more like a big deal with terrible consequences.
