Questions for a Polyglot - Steven Kaufmann (20 Languages?)

I'm interviewing Steve Kaufmann tomorrow. Actually featured him on my video about learning languages from 2018 He speaks 16 - 20 languages so,
Any of you have any questions you'd like me to ask about languages, language learning or language psychology et cetera?

I have moved from my birthplace in Russia to an English-speaking country, and I use English for almost everything. There's very little Russian left in my life. Because of that, English slips in now and then in my Russian speech - sometimes just words but more often even grammar and idioms. The question is: how can one prevent that from happening? Especially when knowing as many languages as Steven does - I can't imagine one using every one of them to the required extent to preserve the language knowledge and habits automatically.
